Love Struck by Laurelin McGeeThis is my first read by these authors. Laurelin McGee stands for Laurelin Paige and Kayti McGee. I haven’t read any books by KM yet but I loved LP’s Fixed on You and especially her First Touch.

This is the second book in their “Miss Match” series.

After her fiancé’s suicide, singer-songwriter Lacy is struggling with his death and doesn’t find inspiration for a new album. For the past 7 months she has been chatting as LoveCoda with Folx on an anonymous support group for song writers. In this time they have grown close without knowing who the other is. A chance to go on tour with an amazing band gives Lacy more time to work on her new album. Besides finally finding some inspiration she also grows closer to Eli. Until she figures out that the lead singer Jax must be Folx…  This is where I’ll stop telling the story because I don’t want to spoil too much.

I liked Lacy and loved Eli but for me personally the story dragged. It took them both too long to figure out who they really wanted. I loved the double POV which made me admire Eli more and more. Overall I liked this story but it didn’t wow me. I give this one 3.5 stars.
